A White Paper, entitled "U.S - China 2025: A Hopeful Tale," was made available in book form in February 2007. It is printed in both English and Chinese to ensure wide access to its content.
The book highlights world events which take place through 2025, detailing the role of the U.S. and China in each. Through a dialogue between Chinese and American diplomats aboard a plane in 2025, the reader is propelled ahead in time, and together with the diplomats, able to recall the cooperation and challenges of the prior two decades.
